Kristy Snyder has experienced the potential that education has to empower people and change lives. As a lifelong educator, Kristy has taught children of all ages and across the educational spectrum –from academically gifted children to those with learning disabilities. While she found teaching personally rewarding, it didn’t offer the professional growth she was seeking. When Kim Lawton approached her with her vision of creating a women-owned experiential agency that centered on brand education as a core offering, Kristy saw an opportunity to utilize her background as an educator in an entirely new light.

Kristy’s skills as an educator align perfectly with her role as Chief People Officer at Enthuse where she is responsible for developing opportunities for employees to grow personally and professionally. Her strong communication, critical thinking, organizational skills, and, of course, patience, along with her unique ability to visualize a project from beginning to end, has been instrumental in anticipating business challenges before they occur.
